Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Blowdry Membership at Mirror Mirror Bexleyheath. This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&Cs) governing the membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
Appointment Policy
1.1. Members must cancel or reschedule appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments will incur a charge equivalent to the full price of a blowdry.
Membership Validity
2.1. Memberships are not valid during Christmas Week, except for those on the £75 per month plan.
Cancellation Policy
3.1. A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. Please email your cancellation request to: morgan@mirrormirrorsalon.info.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
4.1. Mirror Mirror Bexleyheath reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any changes.
Membership Fees
5.1. Membership fees are debited monthly. A 30-day notice is required to cancel and stop the monthly payments.
Service Inclusions and Exclusions
6.1. The membership covers blowdry services only. Haircuts and other services are excluded and cannot be substituted.
6.2. Memberships are non-transferable and for the named member’s use only.
Stylist Availability
7.1. Blowdry services under this membership are redeemable with stylists Darcy and Ave only. The membership does not apply to services with other stylists.
Offer Exclusions
8.1. The blowdry membership cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Rollover Policy
9.1. Unused blowdry appointments cannot be carried over to the following month.
Appointment Management
10.1. Mirror Mirror Bexleyheath reserves the right to manage appointment availability at its discretion.
Operational Hours
11.1. Membership services are available during the salon’s official opening hours.

12.1. Appointments can be booked in advance for the month or at any suitable time by calling 020 8304 3544.
